Various things can make your microwave leak radiation, such as the door being slammed shut or food particles getting caught in the door thus causing the door not to close as tightly as it should. Radiation - invisible to the naked eye - can then leak out of the microwave oven.

We will test your microwaves to establish if and how much radiation is leaking from them. These tests should be undertaken on an annual basis as a minimum and more often if you are in the food industry and your microwaves are used continually on a daily basis.
